How did it stop did you treat it or did it just leave on its own , did you stop for a while, i have this about a few months now

And its gettin really bad its ruining my traning.

I used to have this problem as well , I do about a total of 5 min. stretches that pin point this area ....such as straightn you arm out grab your pinky and bend it back towards the top of your arm holding it for up to 15sec... and then each finger after that , you should finish with all four of your fingers (note : not your thumb) !

I felt a big diffrence after this stretch and all pain has since gone away !!!!

As did I. Stretching and switching to a EZ-Curl Bar helped for me to get past this. I remember the pain well and I'm glad I'm past that. I would always work through it and then afterwards use ibuprofen to help take the edge off. Not that I believe in topical creams but I used to use that as well to give a momentary feeling of relief.

when i used to do cable curls as my last set my forearms would hurt so much when i let go it literally made my eyes water what i started to do was slowly take my hands away from dumbells and barbell really slowly and that seemed to help after a few weeks maybe if it is that bad take maybe a week or of bi's see if it helps it does get better though mate i just worked through it every once in a while when im increasing my weight it will hurt alittle

Mine started in the late 1980's, killed me since then. It felt like the bones in my forearms would break. What saved me? Deep tissue massage therapy. He beat the shit out of me, literally turned my forearms black with blood. After a few sessions, no pain, after yrs of suffering, NO PAIN! For the past few mths work outs have excelled but I'm due to go back for 1 or 2 touch up sessions. The best money i ever spent!!!

wow i thought i was the only person in the world....precher curls are hell on my forearms....i feel it down to my bone in my arm....i feel like i have to "swing" the weight because at a certain point it is extremly painfull...Im going to try the finger stretch thing ....any other advice....P.S. it went away after i stopped lifting for a week or so....but then came back from using a stupid curl machine...LONG LIVE FREE WEIGHTS
