parnoid about gyno

they look fine from the pics. if you feel a bump, puffiness or pea size pebbles behind your nipples etc, or they hurt you could have gyno

what are you running, ran prior to these issues?

Do not touch, squeeze or play with them. that will make the problem worse

run a low dose of letrozole every 4th-5th day till the issues go away. dose of letro all depends on you body. if you are on test, use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), if you are on 19nor then take something for prolactin/progestrone
 
Im on 500mg test-e/week, have arimidex and will take 0,5mg eod, but still, I dont know if im just being paranoid, as I said if I flex the chest and press the nipple I dont feel anything between the nipple and the muscle. I readed that if its gyno it hurts when you press it, is that true?
 
Gyno will hurt by the touch. Are you taking an AI?...Fluctuating estrogen levels can make them puffy. From what I can see, Letro may not be needed. Give more details on yourself and your latest cycle.

As I said im on test-e, didnt take ariidex since I got no inchy or hurting nipples, this is my first cycle, Im on my 7th week
 
Running 19's I've had lumps behind my nipples many times. They always go away dropping the compound(s).

Search gyno pics and you'll see what gyno looks like and Bro you don't have it.

Also around 500mgs is the low tipping point, talking 1g of test I'd have a different response. Keep an eye, take your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (.5mg E3D) and enjoy your cycle.

I've seen gyno several times (some friends have it) but I guess its small when it starts growing, thats what worries me. I'll start taking the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) anyway

Didnt see your post, run Arimidex at .5mg/EoD for the remainder of your cycle to calm your paranoia. I wouldnt say you have gyno, but from now on run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle and PCT. I prefer Aromasin

Brother you don't have gyno. You will know if you get it.

For me it started with an itchy nipples....like I had fuckin fleas. Then it hurt, felt like it was going to pop and was so sensitive it hurt to wear a shirt. Then I developed a lump the size of a BB that in 24 hours was the size of a pea. Trust me when I say it's unmistakable.
 
why do aas when u are that paranoid of gyno in the first place?
I never run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during a test only cycle but always have it on hand if i start to feel itchy and such but never have and not paranoid either or play with my nips all day thinking i might have gyno!
Maybe the vial should have a CAUTION sticker on it like everything else in this world does!
somewhat like this paki that chopped his fingers off using his lawnmower to trim his hedges!

what do u mean... "have arimidex and will take 0.5mg eod"??? I hope u are not one of those guys that has the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and is just "keeping it on hand" til something happens....

DON'T fight fires when u could be PREVENTING them in the first place ;)

that arimidex should be run from the start to finish of every single cycle!

LOL "Keeping it on hand" that saying is used so much, same with GTG.
 
When your nipple get saggy and sore like a nursing woman's, just take tomoxifin for a week and it should go away, it will limit your gains for that week since it will block estrogen and test alike, but the bitch tits should go away, if it bothers you too much and you plan on using for years to come, it's a simple surgery to permanently fix it.....
 
some people like running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), some people dont, just like some people get paranoid and others dont!
as far as Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is concerned when i run a Test Only Cycle i dont run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) along side, i keep my dose moderate at 400mg/week and havent had a prob, but dont risk it if i stack compounds, always run an AI
Keyword is " Paranoid" like playing with your tits, in return play with some chicks tits and stop being so paranoid or easy dont do gear bro, or run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) along side with your test, simple concept!

Hahaha Letro is one of my best friends. I've had quarter sized lump before behind my left nip that hurt like hell. First got puffy and upped my liquid stane which didn't work, then came a small lump which grew bigger the next two weeks before I finally got around to getting letro. Which got rid of it in a matter of days. ALWAYS HAVE YOUR SUPPLIES ON HAND BEFORE YOU START A CYCLE, shit doesn't always happen the way you plan.

And no you don't have gyno, based upon my unprofessional opinion..

I readed that ifyou have gyno you'll feel a pea sized hard lump, how hard is it, can it be mistaken for muscle or fat? I thnik I dont have anything hard inside but one nipple is like a cm more raised than the other, whos completely plain

It's a fatty tissue deposit behind the nipple...kind of like a breast is forming.... It'll usually be sore sensitive

Other than being male and growing breasts, nothing to freak out about......
