Peanut butter addiction!!!!

Its worse than my addiction to gear porn!

Everyday I crush an apple with peanut butter. I slice up the apple into about 10 - 12 slices and use a teaspoon to scoop out the PB,. I use one to two teaspoons for every slice. Im talkin heaping teaspoons here, so It has to be at least a table spoons worth.



So Im eating about 10 maybe 11 or even more of Tablespoons of PB . I frigging crave this everyday. But I think it can be too much.

Its a good healthy fat that is high in cals but its la lot of fat. Then you got 2 g of sugar per serving (serving is 2 tbl) so that more sugar than you think.

But then again the rest of my diet is pretty good/
 
I know them feels bro haha I've eaten a whole tub of peanut butter after 2 weeks no carbs, I only have natural peanut butter in the cupboard now I don't like eating that out of the tub..
 
On my last huge bulk the most ridiculous meal I was having was 2 wholemeal crumpets with peanut butter on, poached eggs on top with sweet chilli sauce so good don't mock it until you've tried it haha now I'm cutting and punishing myself just thinking of this.
 
i feel that pb an j sandwiches are hugely underrated and quite frankly overlooked in any cycle how many eggs can you really eat i know it may sound like blasphemy but I'm at about 9% and i eat 2 big pb and jelly sandwiches or more a day I'm sick of hearing a bout protein drinks try this eat a sandwich and 20 oz of milk or a protein drink see what physically makes you feel better seriously
 
as i typed this a protein ad pops up now I'm in a roid rage so i must rant more about that greatest scam i can think of besides strippers i plateaud a few months ago on cycle so first i realized i needed more protein according to the experts i added 150 grams a day af isolate from on guess what i gained more gas and no weight nothing for a month btw i dropped the drinks drank more milk and ate more . as fr s what i ate just more of everything but i promise i didn't eat 150 more grams of protein I'm guessing maybe 60 and in last 2months 8 pounds up not fat and with same dose 600 mg test and eq week so wtf happened protein drinks are mandatory as water right oh especially in the anabolic window 46 minutes and 12 seconds after training lmao i drink some juice after a session then eat an hour or two later i recuperate just fine sorry the ad set me off il go meditate now

The food is what does it. And it's not mandatory to drink a protein shake post w/o. What is mandatory is a certain amount of glycogen (for me anyway.) After working booths at bodybuilding events years ago, I picked up pretty quickly on the fact that the guys pitching the protein blends actually had food with them, and laughed at the newbies drinking 3 shakes a day. I always got what I needed the hard way. I had to prepare it, but the results blew away the nonsense I fell into as a rookie.
 
I actually drink more pro shakes during the day when Im trying to stay lean..... It works for me cause you are essentially replacing real food for what is worth 1/8th of a meal.....

When Im bulking I eat more food and drink less shakes.

Money wise your looking at 1.25 per serving of pro shakes thats about the cost of 9 eggs! Those 9 eggs will take you further than a whole bottle of pro powder will!
 
I would draw up a load of yummy PB and shoot it in my quad if i could. Life without PB would be a tragedy. Id clean the area with some jelly of course. Wouldnt want to get an infection.
 
I love pb too everyday I try to eat 2 pb and apple jelly on wheat bread right after work with a glass of milk its a great snack for me

Nicely said, I also include PB&J as a staple most times I really try to pack on weight. Very underatted IMO....I feel all your pain, I grab a jar of peanut butter, a spoon, and a greek yogurt...i grab a spoonful of PB and then a spoon of yogurt...its bad, I can eat a 1/4-1/2 jar of pb inside of 5 minutes

Ahaha my man, I sometimes find myself in the cupboard in the middle of the night with a tub of pb and a spoon or in the fridge with Greek yoghurt listening out for the misses foot steps hoping I won't get caught haha
 
I hear you dude. My diet is usually high carb, with my last meal being the only the only one containing significant direct sources of fat. Now, I too get that PB craving just about every night. Since I don't like to stuff myself right before bed, I lighten the load by eating celery with that PB. The trick is finding the perfect ratio of PB to celery so you get all the flavor of PB without the dirt taste of celery.

Well like I said I eat it on apples....and yes ! there is a ratio of PB to whatever you put it on....must be precise!

I just polished off a jar today and I quickly checked the cupboards for more but nope, all out..... gotta go get more after breakfast tommorow.
 
Older thread - but I also LOVE peanut butter...but it is even worse. I take a spoon and cover half of it in peanut butter and the other half in Nutella and eat it....oh my, the wonderful taste of both at the same time! It is like a Peanut Butter Cup with with a Nutella twist!
