Hi just wanted to share this great and easy recipe for protein bars, These homemade protein bars taste amazing, almost like a brownie without the guilt. The main ingredients are peanut butter chocolate and whey protein.
2 scoops Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
3 tbsp Peanut Butter, crunchy or Smooth
5 Egg Whites
2 cups Oats
3 Bananas
3 ounces Honey
4 ounces organic whole Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
dash vanilla
