alright i got my syringe needles right now to play around with one to learn this thing lol.. and a glass of water.
So if im injecting 2ML first ill pull back the syringe till there is 2ML of air since that is how much im gonna want..
then i'll inject the air into the vial.
then i'll pull back till i have 2ML of my test.
then i'll take out the syringe/needle.
then i'll pull it back till i have 0.2 - 0.3 ml of air.
then i can change the needle and do the injection? is this all right? also what happens if i end up suckin like 0.5ml of more of air at the end.
also these bubble things.. i just flick it around till there gone? what is bad about them and the best method of getting them to go away, if i put on my needle cap and the needle touches inside the cap or something is that bad?
"Get all bubbles out of the needle - flick it until they rise to the top and then push them through the needle - make sure you get them completely out of the needle as well - don't worry about the liquid dripping down the needle and don't even wipe it as it makes for great lubrication."
what bubbles? i'm not exactly seeing any.. ? i'm using water.
Bro, you are over thinking all this stuff.
Before you put the needle in the bottle, just put the plunger back to 1/2 ml, then stick it in the vial, draw out what you need, push the excess back into the vial and you should have .2-.3ml of air at the top, when you turn the syringe with the needle pointing down, the air bubble will rise to the top of the plunger, stick, asperate and inject, including the small amount of air, this should cap off the injection site.

this is what someone else told me.. sorta the opposite?
Once syringe has needle on and full of gear, hold syringe needle upwards.
Flick the syringe.
Any air will rise to the top, depress syringe plunger slowly and any air will be expelled through the needle.
The moment any gear is seen coming from the needle then stop and do not touch the needle with anything, fingers, tissue, swabs.
Proceed with injection.
