If anything, it will get bigger. Test and DHT are the reason your dick grew in the first place. If you didn't have either of these hormones, then you would have just had a big clit. And your balls don't technically "shrink", they simply stop producing testosterone and appear smaller because a lot of their size is from when they are working to produce your test. If you want you dick to look bigger, try shaving your hair on your balls and pubes above. Leave a thin shaved layer and this will give you the good ol' porn star look and appear to add size .
And yes when you have huge thighs, it can make the package appear smaller than it really is!
