Is periodization considered a old training method? where you cycle reps, sets, rest periods between sets, and excercises? I been doing it for 1.5 years now just wondering if anyone else does it?
Depends on the type of results youre getting from it. I think that is the basic premise of the Titan method we're both trying to get, so it may or may not work; it all depends on the individual.
