My current split is MON chest/bi's, TUE legs, THURS shoulders/abs & FRI back/tri's. I always change my excercises every couple of months. My question is when I change my excercises should i also change what muscle groups I work together (ex. MON bi's/tris, TUE back/chest...)? I am very comfortable with my current split, but am I missing out on some growth by working the same muscle groups together?
