Decline BB 2-3x8-10? (Not sure if I should have two or three sets here)
Flat DB 2-3x8-10?
Flat Close Grip BB 5x5
Overhead Extensions 2-3x8-10
Dips 2-3x8-10

Tuesday - Back/Abs/Cardio
Deadlifts - 5x5
Wide Grip Chins 2-3x8-10
BB Rows 2-3x8-10
Low Pulley Rows 2-3x8-10
Abs
Cardio

Wed - Eat, Sleep, Ect.

Thursday - Bi's/Abs/Cardio
BB Curls - 5x5
Preacher Curls 2-3x8-10
Seated DB 2-3x8-10
Abs
Cardio

Friday - Shoulders/Traps
Overhead DB Press 5x5
Behind the Neck Smith 2-3x8-10
Lateral Raises 2-3x8-10
Some Sort Of Rear Delt 2-3x8-10
BB Shrugs 2-3x8-10
DB Shrugs High Reps

Saturday - Legs
Squats 5x5
Leg Curls 2-3x8-10
Leg Extensions 2-3x8-10
Maybe something else? Close leg press?
Standing Calve Raises 2-3x8-10

The main thing I'm thinking of, was doing the 5x5 for deadlifts on back day, but not making it the first exercise. For some reason, I can't usually do deadlifts first in a workout, and it usually takes me one exercise first to get warmed up completely for them. So I was thinking of maybe doing the Chins first. Thoughts?
 
I was just going by needsize's post and threw this together. Not the whole madcow thing. I was reading needsize's post from back in 03. Thats about the last time I really posted around here much. Basically I'm taking needsize's 5x5 thing and sticking it up on my routine. However now I've also just delved into the huge list of all of madcow's threads over at elite and stuff, ect., and it's very interesting.
