Picking the right cutting steriods.

I'm twenty years old an x d one football player. i'm about six foot 330 pounds. body fat about 34 percent. i'm looking for something to take my friend told me to take Masteron - Mastabol 10ml bottle (100mg/ml), and take Cytomel T-3 for the weight loss would that be a good combo for my first time? what type of schedule would you guys think about taking.

@ 34% bodyfat, steroids will do very little in aiding fat loss. Steroids for fatloss are targeted more for bodybuilders who are going from very lean to shredded. Basically you would be wasting your money imo. At your bf% you can easily drop 15% very quickly with just diet and cardio. After that think about adding T3 and/or clen to help continue the loss (i dunno how lean you wanna get...).

That being said, Tren and Winstrol (winny) are best used for fatloss - both of which are very harsh steroids and definintely not for first time users. I would advice going at it naturally for a while, pm me and I could set something up to meet your goals.

If your goal is to lose weight, then I think you should start by just running. Once your cardio is up (and your bf is lower), then start lifting to help with cutting.

Steroids can definitely help in lowering your body fat, but they can also raise it as well. I took test prop for 5 weeks (type of test known for causing the least water retention). It was great because I gained 17 pounds, but my bf went up to 31%

I dont think steroids were the case of your high bf%. I dont know anything about your cycle or what your % was before cycle but I would probs say a sloppy diet would more be the case. When on cycle calories must be increased and alot of people lose strictness of there diet in order to consume these calories, resulting in an increase in BF%.

But on the topic and msuftball67's question at hand I agree 100% with Outlaw try increasing your cardio level which has been known to speed metabolism resulting in more calories burned and overall weight loss. Start with 30 min sessions 3-4 times per week do this until you feel you can turn up the intensity then continue with 4 45 min sessions.

Look into cleaning up your diet determin how many calories you need to maintain weight (which you could find out in this post http://www.steroidology.com/forum/showthread.php?p=1919254#post1919254)and then cut back about 10% this small adjustment will allow the body to seek energy from fat stores in the body. Dont drop too many calories because this has a tendancy to down shift your metabolic rate making it harder to sustain fat loss, make small changes a first this way your less likley to fail and slip back into old ways.

Take a supplement Like mentioned by Outlaw whether it be clen, eph, or a thermogenic fat burner from a health store, these are alway s a good choice if you have the money.

Give yourself one cheat day where you can eat foods you enjoy this will keep your metabolism on its toes, preventing it from adjusting to your new diet and overall keeping you burning fat for longer, but dont go overboard on this day or you could ruin all the progress for that week.

Okay I went on a bit there so....

In short:

*Cut back on Calories by 10%
*Increase cardio to at least 30min sessions
*Take a fat burner or other weight loss supplement.
*Increase cardio again to about 45min sessions.
*Have a cheat day.

If your still determined to use steroids then you might wanna drop a post in the anobolic forum. But IMO you'd be wasting your money in this early stage and would be better off waiting until you shed a few lbs.

I say to stick to a basic programme for now, hit every body part once per week.
3-4 exercises with per bodypart 4 sets 8-10 reps per exercise at a moderate weight this seems to work for most.
Be sure to include compound movments eg. benchpress, squat, deadlifts and rows are essential.

If you've been lifting a while then I'd say give give some of the stickys a read.
There are plenty of lifting routines on this section just give them a once over, all are good for there own specific reasons, see what takes your fancy.
