You look good for 40 but that's still in your prime. I'm 34 but a couple of my buddies are just getting active competing at 40. Well they've been around a while but seems like they are getting better with age.

Old or not buddy you have to be proud to be 40 and bad ass. We all know ZEEK is a bad mofo too.

Figure I'd share these. This was me at a local show last year. SuperHeavy 236lbs. Won 1st place in my class and second place Masters.

Fucking nice man!!! You're motivation to myself as well as others. I could a little injury on my cycle and have been out for about a month, I'm gonna rebound this week.

I just turned 40. That year I competed in the Worlds Gym Bench press contest super heavy. Won my class and over all lifter. Was a raw bench no shirt allowed.

Holy shit!!! I go to that gym but it's a freaking knots berry farm experience with the kids their.
They still hold that contest?
