Try just doing a front and rear relaxed, a quad shot, and maybe a side pose to maintain consistency in tracking visual progress. A few questions-

1. What is your main goal from start to finish? Where do you want to end up?

2. What is current BF?

3. Cycle history?

And Goddamn you can cut on that many cals??? Nice.
