Goals are mostly strength goals, 600# dead being my highest. Figure around 220lbs
2. What is current BF?
The stupid calipers always read like 8% which can't be right so I guess around 12-13%
And Goddamn you can cut on that many cals?
Average around 4750 cal per day. 450-500g protein. One carb deplete day per week.
