I did 18 weeks of test c at 500mg a week and two weeks of dbol, the last picture has been taken today, I am two weeks into PCT
Not much has changed from picture two to three EXCEPT I AM SO MUCH MORE FUCKING MASSIVE IT'S AMAZING!!!!

height 5'11
started at 120lbs: (no picture, but I assure you I looked like shit)
weight at picture 1: 148 lbs (been training for 3 years)
weight at picture 2: 182 lbs (been at it for 6 years) (no steroids)
weight at picture 3: 215lbs (been at it for 6 and a half years) (1st cycle)

Test C was atlas and it was amazing quality
Dbol was british dragon pink tabs (they were legit as they bloated me like a mofo, but were probably OLD as time)
PCT is: Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) from week 13 up until the start of PCT, clomid 100/100/50/50, nolva 25/25/25/25 not feeling too bad.

Food was
meal 1: 9 eggs, 8 slabs of bacon + a protein pancake (made of 4 scoops of protein)
meal 2: 250g of steak and a sweet potato
meal 3: 350g of steak and a sweet potato
meal 4: 450g of raw salmon
meal 5: 5 eggs + 1 isolate whey protein shake (2scoops).

snacks were protein treats 2 scoops + 150g of greek yogurt mixed together.
Yes I know, a lot of whey powder in there, but hey no one is perfect.

I lost some abs, but they will be easily found-again since they aren't buried.

Nice. You will look even better once you shred that fat off. It seems to me you are getting too much protein at each meal time. That breakfast meal is mainly the one I'm talking about. 9 eggs alone is 45g then add 4 scoops of protein. That's probably 150g of protein for breakfast, not including the bacon. Did you make a mistake there. That's not good for your kidneys, and you'll probably shit most of that out before your body can use it. Still, congrats on your gains.

Mind posting what your workouts were like?

Well, it is important to note that I never spent more then 45 minutes in the gym.

My workouts were all 4 x 6 -8 reps, and lifting as heavy as I can but you gotta keep good form, it doesn't have to be perfect, but you got to isolate the right muscle. The rule does not apply to shoulders since I have found that if I lower the weight but up the reps (4x15-20 my tempo is slow tho even if it is high rep) they tend to grow more.
Monday: Chest
Wednesday: Back
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Bi/Tri
Sunday: Legday funday.

As for specific exercises it was pretty much your basics, squats, bench, deadlifts, a lot of free weights. It has got to be short, to the point and intense and I always work a muscle until failure.

Well I'll shed the fat for sure. Offcycle I'll use IGF-LR3 and Clen to cut th fat, but I will not be starting a new cycle until june of next year. Any suggestions for my second cycle?

I was always under the impression is that you absorb protein really well first thing in the morning. I may or may not adjust this, I did go to the bathroom once a day, but I sure as hell did fart a lot. and once again THANKS!

For second cycle you might want to consider Test and Tren combo. It has been my favorite cycle thus far and will definitely make you look more shredded IMO.

ahhh test and tren might seem tempting but I will wait until I have more experience, I have waited almost 7 yrs before my first cycle, tren will probably wait until my 5th cycle or even 6th cycle. I am a very patient motherfucker and so far it has paid off incredibly.

My second cycle will probably involve test E at 750mg@20 weeks, 4 weeks of dbol to start and I may use a lot of primo during that cycle, primo hits the wallet hard, but probably worth every penny since it doesn't cause the probable severe sides of tren but has similiar results, on top there will be Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) all along and the IGF peptide along with GHRP, this is a very rough draft. I have not figured out correct dosages yet,at the present moment I am just trying to survive PCT, knock on wood all is well up until now except some blurry vision and some days my libido is off the wall crazy and others a crane couldn't lift my dick (thank god for cialis).

at first I thought you went from first pic to third pic in this cycle. I was like thats some crzy progress, no way to hide those kinda gains lol. Still can see the improvements, gratz man
 
^^I had love handles in picture one but my waist is 32 inches, atleast that's what all my pants indicate! Anyway I now have no love handles whatsoever I can assure you, it may be the weird angle I am standing in tho! My arms are 20.5 inches flexed.

Dbol bloated me a lot, it is mainly for the psychological effect (it kicked in pretty mich rigjt away) as I only did 2 weeks at 30mg/day the "gains" from it went away once test kicked in anyway cause the bloat just went away. My biceps were about 19 inches before cycle. I was a moron tho for the first year at the gym i did only arms 4 times a week for the whole year so I got them up at 16 inches in the first 4 years of training.

I have exercise "cycles". For 2 months I go high rep with low weights while slowly breathing and just isolating the movement until my biceps or triceps are on fire. After that I have 2 months of very heavy lifting with good form(not perfect, but good) and as for the exercises curls, curls, curls, alll kinds of curls, tris, the skull crusher does miracles, cables are awesome for triceps too you just need to hit that muscle hard and intense, younreally need to feel it burn like hell.

Ps: took me 2 years to go from 16 to 19. During these 7 yrs i have never stopped training.
