I only missed one week of lifting. And the fasting thing I may or may not continue. I'm still eating 3000 cals it's just over 6 hours versus 24
 
Don't think you should do IF on a bulking cycle. Main benefit from IF is the increase of hgh. I've read a study that yes, fasting does increase your hgh since insulin stays low but for it to actually affect muscle growth? Nope. Studies show you will have to be fasting much longer than 16 hours to get a benefit from the hgh increase.

On cycle you need to worry about FOOD. Eat lots of protein carbs and healthy fats. Drink lots of water and train hard.
 
I'm going to continue the IF diet. I have very little time so it actually makes it easier on me. I don't have to worry about packing or makin my food. I just stuff 3000cal in my face in the small window I have and then don't have to eat again the rest of the day.

Leg day today. Can't wait!
 
IF is meh. The only substantial thing it proves is that meal frequency is irrelevant. Eat when you're hungry. Dont starve yourself lol.
 
Honestly the eating is the harder part then the fasting. Basically I divide it up into 3 1000 cal meals. By the end of my eating window I'm don't want to even look at food.
 
Example of my meals

Meal 1
Protein shake - 1 banana, 1/2 cup oatmeal, whey powder, crunchy peanut butter, water

1/2 cup oatmeal with 1/4 cup almonds and some honey

Meal 2
1 avacado
2 cans of tuna
1 pack of imitation crab meat

Snack
Protien bar

Meal 3
Salad with chicken
1/4 cup almonds
2 hard boiled eggs
 
week 3 6th shot

Leg day was good yesturday. Really sore today. Weighed 218. And I believe my balls are starting to shrink. Finally the juice is kicking in

6th shot today and cheat day yeah!

I'm sure I'm forgetting random snacks il eat too. I use a calorie counter app and iv been at 3000-3100 calories on there

this is everything i ate yesterday that i logged on my phone

Breakfast 665 calories
1 chicken tenderloin
protein shake ( banana oatmeal whey protein crunchy peanut butter )

Lunch 912 calories
3 chicken tenderloins
1 avocado
salad with dressing
1/4 cup almonds

Dinner 1490 calories
protein bar
3 spoons of crunchy peanut butter
2.5 imitation crab
oatmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup almonds

Snack 200 calories
2 cans of tuna

FYI, that imitation crab has a shit-ton of sodium. Maybe more than the canned tuna, but if you eat all that together...taste buds say "yum" but body say's "bloat"
Now if I confessed the shit I am going to eat this weekend, before I go "clean", you'd tell me to STFU.
 
week 4 day 28

Yesterday was 221lbs
Strength has gone up some what.

I'm thinking about eating unristricted till I start the var during week 7. Currently iv been at 3000 calories. Or should I just keep it clean ?

So I think I may have hernia. So where my leg meets my groan there is a weird lump. It doesn't hurt. There is some discomfort when I press on it. Doesn't get bigger or hurt whe I lift or cough so not sure what it is.. Could be nothing

Got my bf taken at the gym on Friday. I was 216 14% bf. That's doesn't seem bad to me at all. I thought I was in the high teens. Only 4% to go
 
shot 9 week 5

Iv been working hard and really cleaning up my diet. I'm changing my goal a little bit. I'm looking to drop my bf to 11-12% currently at 14%. I have been consuming ~3000 cals a day I'm going to drop it to ~2800 and get my bf taken in another 4 weeks or so.

I want to get to 10-11% cuz my next cycle is gunna be tren/prop/mast
 
Week 6

I would have to say I'm starting to feel it. No longer do I weigh under 220. My weight is 220-225. I'm keeping my calories around 2600. Trying to get to 12-10 bf
Strength is up. Beast mode in the gym is up. Can't wait to start the var next week
