Pinned my right quad (21st shot this cycle) 11 days ago. Started with some minor typical tightness but it went away a day or two later. Now the PIP seems to have come back 11 days later. The area itself has some redness (probably the size of the tip of my pinky). I'm not sure if its at the injection site, but if it isn't, its pretty close to it. No fever. Is this something to be worried about? I've had typical PIP throughout my cycle but its usually immediately and not 11 days later.
