pip pain... any suggestions??

Ok i understand half wit.so does anyone have any suggestions on what a second cycle should look like? 40 years old. Training for 1 year, hit a pleatu and could not get bigger. So my trainer and personal friend recommend that i take testostrone. I started with sustanon 250 and ran it for two months. Did post cycle and started my second which was test cyo and the tren. I did some research on the tren and was liking what i read,so i decided to give it a try. Guess i need some advice as my personal trainer bailed to another state and we dont talk any more. I am open for suggestions. Thanks guys

Well, you state that your first cycle was 250mg/ml sustanon for eight weeks. How much total though were you taking per week? I would also start reading the FAQ thread (sticky) at the top of this forum as it has a tremendous amount of fantastic information that I truly feel everyone should read before delving into AAS.

I was doing two pins a week for a total of 500 mg weekly.
 
I would have added either an oral or nandrolone at a moderate dose. What's the focus of your cycle? Bulk, cut, recomp, athletic performance?

I am trying to protect my lean muscles while on a diet. Then when i started taking the sustanon. It gave me back all the things i was missing due to low testostrone. I was also told that with low test levels it would be harder to lose weight. So thats when i read about the tren and the effects it has on help with fat loss. I understand it all starts with your diet and training. The gear is not magical. So i eat clean and train hard.
