planning cycle for my comeback from injury.

started physio, so i decided that i was gonna prepare my cycle for when im lifting properly. i was thinking 6weeks bulking 6 weeks cutting. okay heres how im gonna lay it out
weeks 1-6 test prop 100mg eod
weeks 1-6 20mg dbol ED
weeks 1-6 50mg anadrol ED
7-11 50mg clomid ED
7-11 20mg nolva Ed
12-18 100mg test prop EOD
12-18 60mg anavar ED
19-23 50mg clomid ED
19-23 20mg nolva ED

any suggestions welcome!
 
Bro, I remember your injury and I hope you've gotten 100% better. But get a feel for the gym first for a few weeks before you begin a cycle. My elbows were fucked (especially left elbow) from last summer. Recently I finally got back to the gym and a week later started my cycle. 4 days into my cycle and I'm out again.

How would you rate your physio? I start next week. I also start Prolotherapy injections in both elbows and physio twice a week.

wow scarz havent seen you on here in ages. yeh planning to start after a month of lifting heavy but thats still gonna be a while. physio 3 times a week a look of rotator cuff and stuff like that, it feels stronger every day and physio recons i will be able to start doing some light weights in about 2 weeks so its all good. what you think of my cycle? anything you would change or add in?

I think you're rushing your cycle much too fast. Hopefully you won't regret it.

Get hcg in there on cycle 250iu everyday for faster recovery on pct.

First week id run the clomid at 100, first two weeks nolva at 40, and add an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to your pct.

That's an agressive pct. Wait atleast for 6 weeks till your next cycle.

I like the dbol / drol mix, glad to see someone's paying attention here.
 
i know i might be but i know i wont regret it! yeh was planning to use hcg. cool bro i will up the clomid and nolva. ha its a great mix, think i got from thread i had that you suggested it in!

i will bro prob keep a log bro, got some pics of me now in my state! and lets be honest it aint pretty. but the dbol/drol mix is the best mix i have ever tried!

i'm really interested in seeing this log ;) sounds a little early but who am I to say! I have never been in physio hopefully I wont be, this may make me be more careful!!
 
Make sure your careful Bro! I strained my scapula/rhomboid and physio took 2 months with lots of stretching/acupuncture/massages...:) and taking it easy in the gym. You know that feeling in your neck if you sleep on it wrong.... it felt like that for 3 months. Scapula is a pain in the ass for them to locate as it's deep down. But g2g now thank god!!
