I am totally new to this site but it seems like the majority of you are pretty well informed so I figured I'd post my question here:
Basically, I've been working out since I've been in high school and am in pretty decent shape. I've tried a ton of supplements (all kinds of NO2, creatine, Methyl 1D, etc).
I just ordered Plasma Jet from the recomendation of a friend and plan to start it Monday. He also recomended me Halovar, but I am a little skeptical about trying any type of pro-hormone, as I have no clue what it really does.
Does anyone know anything about either supplement or can anyone recomend a good "stack" I can use to optimize muscle growth.
My issue is that I have muscle but I want to be a little bulkier without gaining too much fat. I think the key with me would be to broaden my shoulder/back area, which seems to be a difficult endevor. I know I wrote a lot here so respond to whatever is most convenient. THANKS!!!

183 lbs (very little fat)
