Playing sports while bulking

I`m soon to start my 1st bulk cycle in another month. I am currently working a 4 day split doing cardio 3-4 days a wk for 20-30 min @ 120-140 bpm.

I play hockey, cross country ski, Mt. bike & road bike. These sports have you doing cardio for at least an hour or two.
I have nt really been doing any of these in preparation for my upcomming cycle (keeping my calories up).

I understand that my sports need to take a bit of a backseat while I`m on my bulk cycle but how much??
As long as I`m eating and making it to the gym and getting my rest is it ok to go cross country skiing for a couple of hours say once a week? Or mountain bike for an hour every other week? Or is it better to just shut all that down until my cycle is done?
