Guys, I have been working out since last 8 years and shockingly I have only put on 8Lbs of muscles in last 8 years. My bones havent grown an inch since I was 13. My stats are as following.
Height: 5.11
Weight: 135lbs
Age: 22
Body Fat: 15%
I just dont understand why I cant pake on muscles. I consume 3200 Calories average per day, 170 grams of protein, there was a time when I eat a large meat pizza everday before going to sleep for one year straight, but didnt put on a single pound.
2 Months ago I started 750 mg of Test E/week, and 40mg Dianabol everyday. and in these eight weeks I have only been able to put on hardly 9lbs. I lift very heavy and sleep 10 hours everyday. Please help me find out what the problem with my body and why wont it grow. My joints hurt and I dont heal from sports injuries.
