Please advice on recovery comming of a test. cycle!?

I am wondering if any of you guys have any advice on how i should use the following comming of a quite long 20weeks cycel on test enanthate. Now this is what i got:

HCG: 8ampules á 2500u.i. each
Clomid: 48tabs/50mg
Nolvadex: 100tabs/10mg
Winstrol tabs: aprox. 250-300tabs/5mg

Please also advice on timing, when to start what after my last test. injection.

I'd use 500-1000iu of hcg 2 days a week through out the cycle. 2 weeks after last injection do clomid 300mg day 1, days 2-11 100mg and 50mg days 12-21.

Waht's your dose look like?
