have tried them bottom up off the pins? set the pins at about navel height and go from there.
 
those look like bad squats
lighten up the weight..
the first move on a squat or goodmorning is back NOT down break at the hips and you need to come lower with your torso..the bar in the bottom position should be over the knees

Thanks pb, but i have shorts. I'll wear them next time if it'll help. Whats wrong w/black?? :D No i haven't tried bottom up yet.

makes it hard to see clearly on you clips. thats why fat people like me wear black. :D
