Please critique my diet

age 26

Here is my diet for a typical day

0600 2 scoop protein shake with milk + 2 scoops oats + 25g raisins
0830 1 protein bar (15g Protein) + apple +water
1030 1 Tuna Salad wrap + 1 banana
1230 1 large baked potato with butter with chicken mayo filling + water
1430 1 Tuna Salad wrap + 1 apple +water
1630 or PWO 2 scoop protein shake with milk+ 2 scoops of oats
1730 =GYM/or Nap
1830 - PWO shake
1945 - 1 plate brown rice with chicken curry/tuna/lamb + 1 glass of cranberry juice + 1 apple
2230 - 1 tall glass milk before bed

im looking to gain 3500-4000 cals from this diet.

any suggestions welcome

Use more whole foods as protein sources.
For example in your first meal, instead of the shake do 2 eggs.
PWO shake should be with water, any fats will slow the absorption of the whey.
Wheres all the leans meats? Veggies?

What are your goals?
 
Thanks for the reply .. I'm not a breakfast person I find the shake goes down pretty well and doesn't leave me bloated for the second meal. I will attempt to incorporate more veggies into the diet .. I'm looking to bulk to 180-190 lbs
