Please critique my new diet!

Meal 1:
5 egg whites
1 whole egg
10oz 1% milk
3oz Kashi lean cinnamon harvest
1 serving of Proto whey (20g protein)

Meal 2:
6oz Tuna
14oz Sweet potato
1 scoop Green Vibrance

Meal 3:
6oz Chicken
14oz sweet potato
4oz Asparagus w/ olive oil

Meal 4:
6oz Chicken
2 Cup Brown Rice
4oz Asparagus or Green Beans w/ olive oil

Meal 5 (post workout)
1 white bagel
2 servings of Proto whey (40g protein)

Meal 6:
1 scoop Dymatize casein
1 scoop Green Vibrance

Stats:
170lbs
25yo

Post macros and add body fat percentage to stats, measure with a caliper. If you have not got one, estimate by either looking at a body fat percentage chart or post a picture up here for guys to estimate it.

You might have more luck posting this in 3J's Diet critique thread (it's stickied)
