Please define "CRASH" & "ROLLER COASTER" what is your symptoms?

Thought it would be a good sounding board to hear each individual define "Crash" & "Roller Coaster" from their on personal experience. I know it will help me to understand what to expect & thought it would help other new testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) individuals as well. So lets hear them. Also what did you do to help cope or overcome them?

The roller coaster concept is a simple one. You inject and your T levels are high. Your T levels then drop as time passes until you inject again. Literally your T levels go up and down as time passes. You start feeling the symptoms of Low T again as your levels drop.

To ease the roller coaster effect you can take smaller, more frequent doses of Test. This helps level you out. Stopping aromitisation of Test into Estrogen also helps maintain your T levels steadier. This is done IF you have an aromitisation problem by taking an Aromatase Inhibitor.

Many guys inject twice per week. Some like every 5 days. There are not many guys that have success going more than every 7 days.

You often have the biggest roller coaster effect when you start TRT. You haven't had a chance to build up exogenous Test in your body yet AND you natural production is still there in the beginning. It is in the process of becoming shut down. As you can imagine that Natural T still there in the beginning is going to cause some swings.
