Good day all !

First off I want to thank everyone in advance for any information and guidance they can offer me !

I'm looking to start my first cycle and would like some guidance from people with experience. I'm 21 years old, and weigh 260lbs. A little over 11 months ago I weighed about 410lbs, disgusting I know. I finally decided to get off my ass, like I said about 11 months ago and i've loved working out and being in the gym since then. I've lost 150lbs and recently, it seems like no matter what I do, I can't seem to get any more weight off. I'm looking to start cycling and eventually, hopefully start bodybuilding. I'm 6ft tall, my growth plates are closed, my liver, heart, and kidneys are all in great shape.

I've spoken to a few friends who have been gearing up for about two years and the consensus I got was to start with

Test prop - 300 mg/week
Tren A - 500mg/week
Mast P - 400mg/week
var - 80mg week 6-10

Would this be good for me to start out with ? My friend also suggested T3 and hgh but from what i've read those are left for more advanced users.

My diet is about 50%protein, 30%healthy fats and 20%carbs although i'm trying my best to minimize carbs as much as possible.

Any info or guidance would be so greatly appreciated, save the negative comments please !

Thank you again in advance.

21 ? Dude, you are to young for this. Get on 3J's diet program. Get a structured workout plan. But for gods sakes, don't start blasting aas - it is not a cure all.
Congrats on getting this far. but don't make the mistake of thinking you have peaked and need chemicals to help you. Be strong, be dedicated, and be smart.
my 2 cents. Good luck.

Hmm, no negative comments... Okay..!

25 is a GREAT age to begin thinking about AAS use (or older) as there's a lot more to puberty than the closure of one's epiphyseal plates. Mental development comes last - which is something that I would not want to tamper with.

Having a SOLID foundation from 2-3 years of weight training before starting AAS use is a FANTASTIC idea, and really helps push beyond what would be attainable naturally. It also provides enough time to really build up connective tissue strength - helping to prevent injury.

Understanding how diet is the single most important factor is truly beneficial. Knowing for certain how TDEE and caloric/macro breakdowns benefit each situation is optimal and provides the best results. There's an entire section on this site dedicated to the study of diet; it would be WISE to spend a great deal of time there.

Hiring 3J (our resident nutritionist) is also a SMART idea if one were presently stuck and needed guidance.

Trenbolone is a FANTASTIC compound, and works with tremendous synergy with a proper diet/other compounds and experience. Usually tren is saved for an individuals fifth or sixth cycle as it's WISE to have a firm grasp on how hormones impact the body, as well as knowing what to do when/if things go wrong.

It is considered BEST practice to keep a first cycle to just testosterone, as this allows first timers to understand just how supraphysiological testosterone reacts with their body/mind. It also prevents situations where guessing what is causing an unexpected side effect. Introducing one new compound (at the optimal age) at a time is a GREAT idea.

Its AWESOME to have a fully developed brain, a working reproductive system, and hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular-axis. To maintain that EXCELLENT condition, it would be WISE and prudent to follow the advice given. :) :) :)

I hope that's positive enough.

My .02c :p
