please help me with blood test ( 21 year old male )

6 months ago I did very short cycle of tren ace ( sukhumvit ) and h-drol. I stopped the cycle in two weeks due to personal circumstances. 6 weeks ago I had a blood test which came back with horrible result:

Testosterone: 8.58 nmol/L ( range 6.10-27.10 nmol/L )
Serum LH: 1.1 IU/L ( range 1.20-8.60 IU/L)

After this test I was told I need to see an endo for consultation.


But I decided to Try some clomid at 25 mg a day for 3 weeks. I took it and after stopping it allowed two weeks for the drug to clear.I then went to the GP again and requested another blood test. My 2nd blood test was on Wednesday last week. The results came back in again.

Serum LH level: 1.0 IU/L ( range 1.20-8.60 IU/L )- even lower than before
Serum testosterone : 14.17 nmol/L ( range 6.10-27.10 nmol/L ) - so the test levels are much higher than 6 weeks ago!

What could be wrong with me? Why is my LH so low ? My TSH is also low: 0.78 mIU/L (0.34- 5.60 mIU/L )
My testicles are large, sex drive is present, I am building muscle and training natty. Please help!

If your doctor recommended you to go to the endo do so that's the best thing you can do.

Go see that endo. If you really don't want to you could try getting some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and blasting it @ 1000iu's/day for 10 days to stimulate LH then hopping on clomid @ 50/50/50/50 (may not fix the issue though).

Unless you got financial problems i dont see why you would take 25 mg of clomid per day?? its obvious you were almost shut down lol... u r brave enough to take tren and h-drol but u r scared of taking clomid above 25 mg??

seriously id rather miss by taking more than i should than less lol...

The clomid dosage that i use on my PCTs is always 150/100/50/50 then another month with 50/day then 25/day until next cycle

But since u r not shutdown id do what iron giant said.. take 1 month of clomid 50mg/day then just keep taking 25 mg/day until your next cycle and u should be fine...
