please help me with my post workout protocol while cutting

hello,
i was getting mixed answers for this question and it would be a great help for me if someone can help me out in regards to how my post workout diet(carb wise) should be while cutting.
i train four times a day heavy hight intensity (heavy and intense for me, maybe light and easy for you guys :) ) the rest of the days I do sprints for 20 minutes (2*50m sprints per minute) for my cardio. My cardio day, I consume no carbs, and on my weght training days i consume 50g of brown rice with an apple, and right after weight training is 50g of dextrose. an hour later i always have 100g of brown rice but i dropped that out for my cutting. should i put this 100g of brown rice back into my diet (post post workout meal that is consumed an hour after my post workout shake) or should I keep it out.
I'm on a 1g of test, 500 of tren A, 100mcg of t3 and temporarily on 10g of nolva (arimidex and aromasin is on the way and so is anvar)

o and i also have a carb up day of 300g of carbs per day (50, 50+ 1 banana(about 25g) thw two meals before workout, a 50g dex postworkout and 100g an hour after, and some tomatoes and veggies)
general pros and cons for doing this or not would help me greatly! :)
