PlEASE HELP!!!! Test Cyp, EQ, Anavar cycle

Hell let's get crazy and say we take the tren ace out of the pic and just do EQ,CYP,Dbol,Anavar..... Do you think one would see better results with the tren or would it still be good gains without it and back up why you think it may or may not be the best way to go.... Knowledge is power... now if a good cycle could be put together then after it has been ran I can post the results and other future members can see this thread and use it a guideline.
 
I just don't feel the need to use oral gear anymore. Ive been on a short ester kick lately. I've only ran hcg at the end of a cycle. Ive never tried it during. Personally, I'm not concerned with it. Eq, I just rather use deca or tren. Personally i like npp. It's in u a lot faster. I usually only run 2 compounds together. Like test/tren, or test/npp.
 
3rd cycle. I read plenty. I think I'll save Tren Ace for another cycle... Personally I have mixed emotions on either running Test Cyp,EQ,Dbol,Anavar or Test Cyp,EQ,Anavar.
 
Dude didn't you read the thread? Although I'm sure that cycle would be good ran with arimidex.... TEST CYP...EQ....ANAVAR....DBOL...AI..HCG....Nolva...Clomid... ALL in my possession.
 
Damn you're really not getting it.. I know you don't have to use it , but why not use it? why not run that cycle? tell me why and explain in detail why that cycle shouldn't be ran?

1st cycle was sust 250 @ 500mg/wk pinning Monday and Thursday through weeks 1-14, started hcg 1cc 4 days after last pin for 10 days straight at 500iu a day, waited 3 days and started PCT 4 days after completing hcg. Ran Nolva 40/40/20/20
I went from 148lbs- 182lbs after 4 months after PCT I kept 29lbs.

2nd cycle was Test Cyp,EQ cycle...

I'm getting ready to run my third cycle and I would like to hear your opinions.

Current Weight:177lbs @ 10%bf
Goal: build lean solid muscle, with vascularity, 10lbs would be great while lowering bodyfat. Interested in building a nice physique with good symetry. Similar to Frank Zane's physique.

Test Cyp @ 500mg/wk 1-14
EQ @ 500mg/wk 1-13
Nolva- 10mg ED 1-14 (to compete with estrogen at the receptor sites)
Anavar 50mg ED 9-14
Adex (AI) .25mg ED or I've never taken this stuff so should I just take it when signs flare up?

I have some
HCG: Should I run HCG throughout. 250iu every 3 to 4 days? ( then stop Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 1 week before PCT) ???



PCT: Nolva 40/40/20/20mg ED - Start 18 days after last pin

I've never used clomid before in a cycle... So would clomid be necessary? if it is then would running it with the nolva as posted above at 100/50/50/25mg ED be an alright idea? How or when should I take it?

Fish Oil pills: 6 pills a day between meals spread out through day
Animal Pak Multi-vitamin 2 packs a day. 1 in the morning, 1 at night

Drinking a gallon of water a day, along with some cranberry juice and milk thistle for liver aid



Sample of daily diet:
9:00 AM: 5 Egg Whites, 1 Whole Egg, half a cup of Oatmeal & Banana
11:00 AM: Protein Shake & Apple
1:00 PM: 8oz. Chicken Breast, Salad & Sweet Potato
3:30 PM: Ham Sandwich, Grapes
6:00 PM: Protein Shake
7:30 PM: 8 oz. Steak, Sweet Potato, Broccoli & Salad
10:00 PM: Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich, 2 glasses of Milk
11:30 PM: Half cup of Greek Yogurt & Blue Berries

What do you think about this cycle, can you offer any insight?

BMR is 1,822 calories/day
My TDEE is 2,665 calories/day ... this is just to maintain ... For bulking I would take in 2,932 calories /day , but for cutting 2,265 calories/day


Let's say I'm losing some bodyfat... My macros would go like this Carbs 348.2 grams per day ... Protein 184.9 grams per day ... fat 59.2 grams per day... Fiber 24-43 grams per day for total calories of 2,665 and let's say I have around 7-8 meals a day every 2 hours. Let me break it down even more .... Carbs 49.7 grams per meal.... Protein 26.4 grams per meal.... fat 8.5 grams per meal.. fiber 5-6 grams per meal... Calories 381grams per meal. ..... Do you see anything you would change? I have a cheatmeal once every 3 weeks usually a pizza, fried calamari and or a cheeseburger sometimes fried backstrap (Deer).. Sometimes 2 chicken sandwiches from chick fi le. My metabolism is pretty good. I'm a mesomorph if that helps you with any opinions you may have. So what do you think?

I don't think u get it. I'm not arguing with u about a cycle u want to run. Your not breaking any ground in the aas world. You've been suggested to do some research and go from there. Why font u post what you want your cycle to look like based on your research?
