Please Interpret my Bloodtest Resutls- Good Estradiol, High Total Estrogen

My main concerns are my high total estrogen levels and low DHEA and Progesterone results. I will start supplementing with pregnenolone since it is a precursor to DHEA and progesterone and hopefully bring it up.

Total test, free test and estradiol all look good to me.

Why is my total estrogen so high even though estradiol is in good range? I do not take an AI (feel better without it) and maintain estradiol by keeping my test dosage low and frequent injections.

This is completely out of range. I know males don't usually test for this, but this is so out of range it concerns me.

Estradiol is what matters in men and that is dialed in by the looks of it. Sensitive Estradiol is the most accurate though. But many guys just use the regular panel of Estradiol and do fine.

Forget the other tests fir estrogen that you did.

How long from shot is this lab done ?

Been on TRT for about 2 years. However, recently my test levels crashed (down to 106 ng/dl) about a month ago due to a bad vial of test.

I have started a new regiment since because I didn't want to manage my E2 with AI anymore(it fluctuates too much). The only thing I did was switch to daily injections and lowered my total test dosage to only 100mg/week only. Been on this new regiment for a month.

Currently injecting 15mg test prop ED for a total of 100mg/week using insulin needles into my glutes/quads. HCG E3D at 350iu each time. No arimidex or other AI taken. Test was taken one day before my HCG injection.

Sounds like a complicated protocol. Whats the Estradiol 24-48 hours after HCG shot.
I have dosed HCG at that dose and interval too and it did keep E2 sides down. Feels like even the slightest dose of Adex at E3D lowered E2 a tad bit. I understand your rationale though.

Let see how things look after another month or two with restored test levels. Hopefully you won't get bad test anymore.
