Age - 22 HT - 6'1 WT - 191lbs BF - 13%
I'm wanting to run Deca/test-p for 12 weeks then run my pct for 4 weeks following. I've been in the gym since 2013 and have seen moderate gains. Not as much as I'd like though. My macros will be set at the following: Protein - 300g/Carbs - 450g/Fat - 75-100g
For my PCT, should I run adex/nolva, nolva/clomid, or adex/clomid? I'm just trying to get the best cycle set up. Everything is readily available.
I'm figuring 500mg per week on the test-p and 30mg Deca ED. Does this sound about right to you all?
