Ronnie probably has prescriptions for the truck load of drugs he is on, so there is no legal problem for him.

On the net it would have to be the feds, because it wouldn't be for local distribution, it would be crossing state line and in some cases international borders. Which would make it hard to do because in a sting operation you pose as a drug dealer, the person comes up to you and ask for what ever drug you are supposed to be selling.
On the net you would have to give out an e-mail addy saying that Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) are available here and they'd have to produce a price list. So they would have to solicit you which I think they'd have problems in court with That type of set up.
I watch COPS too, when they do a prostitution or drug sting. The cops never offer you anything you have to ask them for what ever your looking for. They alway answer a question with a question. Like are you a cop? "do I look like a cop" at that point your suppose to say yes that's why I'm asking are you or not and a yes or no answer will do.
On the net you can ask this and have printed proof of the answer if you needed it. What are they going to say "do I look like a cop" doesn't work on the net. They probibly have different laws for the net, I don't know if they do or not.
I just think the net poses some different problems for them, I could be wrong. But that's my take on it.

heres the deal. im military police, and im getting my law enforcement degree RIGHT NOW.
i know the inside on this shit.
Cops can lie, and say they are not cops, sell you the drug, then handcuff you and goodbye to your rights. its not against the law, its not entrapment, if they couldnt lie to bust you, they couldnt bust you. thats the fact. the only way they can get evidence of you buying and it not from being from a cop is either a snitch, or a video with audio of the conversation. so either pat the guy down if your that scared or when you meet him, take him somewhere where you comfortable, and if he is a cop he wont bust you because he is scared for his life.
when i become a cop i wont bust for AS, its retarded. If you want to get bigger go right ahead. now i will give you a ticket for not wearing your seat belt, or blowing through that stop sign, since i will have kids on the road and family members and you could have killed them. but AS doesnt affect me or my family just you and your body. it doesnt impair you judgement, or put you on a high (well outside the weightroom) it just makes you bigger or more cut whatever your cycle is.
