i have a oats/porridge protein shake in the mornings
great stuff i stick mine on the shake maker for about 3-5 mins
dam thick but it go's down ezy ..
pre workout oats should rock, slow buring b4 fast after is what i
was lead to belive
I throw it in the shaker and chug, takes a little getting used to the whole chewing your drink thing but its not too bad, dont really wait for it to turn thick tho.
its good stuff.
eww lol in the gatoraid na i have my protien drink with water 1 hr before work out and 30min before i have sugar liek gatoraid and sip that or water thru it and when done another bit of sugar and 30min after work out another protein drink and 1hr after a meal.
