possible to keep my abs on this cycle?

Hey i'm doing a test,deca,dbol cycle and i can see my six pack (workin on gettin the 8 goin) and i was just wondering if bloat would be that much of a factor ive ran both test and dbol b4 and didnt really have any probs beside a little pelvic fat.
Should I run like t3 or clen during this cycle?

test 400- 750/w weeks 1-14
deca 300-400/w weeks 1-12
dbol-40/d weeks-1-6
(already make a thread about this cycle and its g2g)

I start the cycle on july 22nd and i really am only concerned about the bloat for the summer months lol

also a side question- i just read a thread that said you should not use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) very long cause it can be counter productive i was planning on running it throughout my cycle but the thread says to use it for post cycle therapy (pct) (two weeks b4 post cycle therapy (pct) untill a week into post cycle therapy (pct)) which is correct?

thats the classic bulk cycle u got there, get jacked on that bro eat big but clean and you should be fine with the abs.
 
ok so just watch my carbs, and do cardio to neutralize my fat intake?
i havnt done any form of cardio in months lol, fat n lazy

nothing wrong with carbs.. You should have the diet and exercise part of the game down before you mess with a grown folks cycle

agreed eat clean and often forget about 8 pack abs for now....dont bethe guy whos afraid to "get fat" on cycle. they will b visible. run diff compunds... the abs will b there once water retention is gone. learn what eating clean means and def dont drop carbs
 
Age 21 5"11 180 pounds second cycle, I want to gain another 20 but if possible I wanna keep the stomach at a size 30 n have more def on my abs

gaining an extra 20lbs in bodyweight, but staying at the same bf% in one cycle... that's a pipe dream bro

DON'T limit carbs too much, they are VERY important in helping to transport protein in the digestive system. If your diet is too low on carbs u will feel tired all the time, day and night.

Test/Deca/dbol is a tried and true combination, not many better out there... eat lots, train hard and get plenty of rest... u will grow for sure.

Lastly... don't be so concerned about keeping your abs during this cycle, like mentioned above once the water retention subsides ur abs will come back and u should have 10+lbs of lean mass added to your physique... more muscle = easier to lower bf
 
if the deca was tren i think it'd be a little better but i dont think you'll lose your abs anyway as long as you're eating clean.
 
Abs are a combination of genetics and diet.

Some guys bust their balls to have them a few weeks a year and guys like me have then at 25% BF.

This is spot on. Twenty pounds of lean muscle in one cycle is not gonna happen. I gained 35lbs on my first cycle but most of it was bloat and fat. With your stats I would focus on bulking on this one and cut after if you need to but thats just my opinion. Keep in mind that if your that concerned about your abs you will likely not gain as much.
