So I am interested in competing within the next year or two, and I want to make sure I know what I am doing when it comes to the bulking and cutting. So here are my question.
1-generally how long should I bulk for?
2-HOw long should I cut for? If I am at 13% body fat after my bulk.
3- during the last 2 weeks of my cut how should my diet and water intake change?
I am doing this naturally, please keep that in mind.
