I'm pretty sure I've mentioned before, but having a similar build to Dwayne Johnson is pretty much where I'll be happy at. He's only a couple inches shorter than I am, so I know it's doable. You shorter guys have no idea how much easier you have it when it comes to building up arm size and appearing "bigger".

Then again, it's hard to beat Arnold's chest.
