Some knowledgable people use methoxy by Biotest. I haven't tried it because I always heard it was bunk.
I am a firm believer in 1AD...and as I wait to get flamed...I really like VPX decavar...and it does work if you train correctly...


glutamine is king of otc supplements , also like cla 3-4 grams per day and a good multi vitamin [ no not available at walmart ] and i throw in 500-1000 mg a day of flush free niacin it helps with your cholesterol levels
