Clomid is a given. Now i was thinkin since the goal is to recover and get your testosterone levels back to normal before you lose too much muscle, an anti catabolic and an anabolic should help. Insulin should at least help a little bit if not more with building some more muscle and keeping the muscles overly nourished and anabolic, while clenbuterol (an anticatabolic fat burner), offsets the fat gain most tend to get on slin and prevent muscle breakdown.

Vets and Mods... as well as anyone else with avalued opinion... what do you think?

Insulin is a great substance post cycle. Clen is not one of my first choices. It gives me pain in my chest.

While taking the slin, add creatine and glutamine and you will get anti catabolic effects. Slin is completely anabolic.

If fat loss is your goal, a good ECA with an Anti-A will do the trick!

I like insulin and clen. Both help to promote lower cortisol levels and bring the body into an anti-catabolic state. This goes hand in hand with proper recovery of the natural testosterone. I will never again run clomid or nolva alone post cycle. They both work to restore the hpta by different mechanisms. Run them both. Also you might want to throw in some b-12 and vit-c.

I didnt want the clen so much for the ability to burn fat, as i wanted it for its anti-catabolic abilities. I just thought the fat burning effect would be a bonus, since with the use of slin most people put on some fat. It would help counteract it.

Sure thing with the creatine and glutamine in the post workout shake. I was also planning oin doin the clomid AND nolva thing post cycle. I know clomid goes 300mg, 2-10 100mg, 11-20 50mg. How exactly does the nolva go along with that?

Last question, what is the on and off time for clen and slin? Im thinkin slin is 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off. And i think clen is 2 on 2 off.

Clen is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. There is no evidence that long term use of insulin will do anything harmful to your pancreas. I have run it for 16 weeks or so, no problems.

Any more opinions or rebuttles? I was hopin to get sum mod/vet thoughts on this. Anything i didnt think of?
