PCT coming off low dose of T

this is a spin off thread from my other thread concerning hCG: http://www.steroidology.com/forum/anabolic-steroid-forum/623962-adding-hcg-long-test-e-cycle.html, but I felt it deserves its own thread as others might be interested.

As noted in the other thread I want to come off a +20 week cycle of 200mg test e per week. How would you guys go about post cycle therapy (pct) for this?

brother i would consider

Clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

and see how that works,it should be fine

Two different suggestions or both together?

What about timing, surely the T clears out of my system faster due to the lower dose, right?

No hCG or should the SERMs be enough to kick things in to gear?

both together,the clomid will help kick in your boys again and the nolvadex will clear any excess estro out,and about the HCG,i would rather someone else help you with that,im not to up on that part,im 45 and on lifetime testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and have been for 6 years and i just now started using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) a few months ago,casue my boys were very small and i was having problems sexually

start the clomid and nolvadex2-3 weeks after last pin of test,that way it will give your system to clear most of the test out
