Post cycle therapy (pct) serm question

PCT serm question

Hey gyus i'm a lil confused on the dosing for Clomid/Nolvadex. I've been reading on this fourm and others and the dosing always seems to be dif. I just want to get it right.

EX:

clomid 100/50/50/50
nolvadex 40/40/20/20

clomid 300 day 1, 100 day 2 to 7 then 50/50/50
nolvadex 20/20/20/20

clomid 50/50/50/50
nolvadex 20/20/20/20

Why does it seem sooo hard to get an answer on this? Thought this was a good place to get help? Do u guys just need more info??

Age 34, 235lbs, 14% bf.

I'm just about to finish a cycle of sust at 500mg week for about 15 weeks, and I had 2 vials of eq mixed in. Mixed 1cc of eg with the sust. I ended the eq about 2 weeks ago. And I have one shot of sust left.

Some advice would be much appreciated.

Ps I'm not looking to be spoon feed by anybody on this lol I've done my reading which is why I find it to be a lil confusing.

first off bro dont get rude this question was answered a million times..clomid50/50/50/50 nolva 40/40/20/20 is the standered no study I read states clomid at 300 or 50 is much different

It has been answered a million times a million dif ways as in the example I gave in post one. Sorry if I sound rude again, I don't meant too.

I have always read either way is fine, some people like to up the dose of clomid early and "shock" the body.

your question is legitimate, there is conflicting information otu there when it comes to how to start your Clomid. I usually prescribe (for my rat) 300mg on day 1, then 100 mg day 2&3, then drop it down to 50mgs

it could be any of those. I say lower amount 50clomid and 20mg nolva ed for 3-5weeks depending on cycle.

you could even just use clomi

i've ran clomid at day 1 300mg then 150/100/50/50, now i always just run it at 100/100/50/50 clomid and always run tamox at 40/40/20/20

I don't understand the high dosing, you can get same effect from Clomid without the sides at lower doses...50/25/25/25, I would use Unleashed/Post Cycle combo, and Forma Stanzol instead of Nolva.

If you are stuck on those three options, #3!

After getting a lot of feed back from many dif people I've decided to go with #3.
Thanks again for your guys feed back as I think pct is the most important part of any cycle.
