Post cycle therapy (pct) Workout

PCT Workout

Just want to make sure I do this right, through my pct.

So if for example, for biceps, I usually do 4 different exercises of 4 sets of 8 - 10 reps, so during PCT I still do the 4 exercises but only do maybe 2 sets instead of the 4 but keep it heavy, is that right?

Today was shoulder day and I was in and out of the gym quicker then I have ever been....

I did 2 sets of military press
2 sets of DB Press -
2 sets of upright rows
2 sets of lateral raise
2 sets of front lateral raise
2 sets of bent-over lateral raise

** Everything was 8 reps!
 
i always reccomend cutting sets and reps slightly during post cycle therapy (pct) and through full recovery . moderate cardio is ok but dont go overboard. also no weigh loss chemicals and no restricted diet.
 
Thanks for the reply Dawg.... I don't plan on changing my diet, just gonna keep my weight steady where it is now. I usually do 1/2 hour of tread mill after my workouts but cut that to 15 minutes and it's just a moderate pace.
