Hi, I've been supplementing with Whey protein for years now right after a workout, but I've heard that taking BCAAs directly after a workout is really good for recovery.
Obviously the whey protein will contain BCAAs, so I guess I'm wondering if the two used in conjunction will provide a faster recovery, or if it's even necessary to take whey if you're going to take BCAAs.
Thoughts, recommendations?
