post workout carbs

say i have 80g carbs after my workouts...30g from simple sugers and 50g from complex what would be good for the simple sugers to eat please any help would be great
 
alotta people are fans of dextrose or maltodex.. i personally like whole foods...

i would do 1/2 a white bagel...

but if you want it in your shake try chocolate almond milk
 
thanks 3j alot...so if i was to do oats just do ike 1 1/2 cups with a bit of honey should be fine...and if i can ask what is the nutrition on a bagel im in australia im not sure we have them here lol
 
we're talking about semi simple carbs here.. so white rice, white pasta, rice cakes.. etcc..
 
wouldnt the food take longer to absorb then a liquid drink tho..?? i mean its water n u flush it down in 2 seconds. food has to be chewed digested / swallowed..
