post workout meal ?

Whats up fellas, right now for my post workout i have a protein shake, some pasta, creatine, a muli, ala, and chromium picolinate. Just wonderin if that is good or not. Or should i add dextrose instead of pasta. Please help me out.
 
PWO shake should be carbs and whey in 2:1 ratio. Carbs go dextrose and maltodextrin 50%/50%.
Creatine is ok with pwo too.
 
Good advice, and for your PPWO meal (2nd PWO meal) have a slower digesting low GI carb such as brown rice, pasta, or a potato along with a solid form of protein.
 
Thanks for the help, so i should cut out the white pasta after my workout. And is the ala, and chromium picolinate still alright to take?
 
i like some non flavored whey mixed with some good ol fashioned Welch's grape juice (carbs and protein)

throw in some R-ala along with your creatine and that should be good
 
For natural it's like what Blackbeard said but about 20g of carbs with 10 g of protein & a little bit of glutimine good too!!
