Hey guys,

first of all i want to say thx for the nice info here!

i wanted to calculate my brew by myself and when i was doing that, i found out, that the calculator gives wrong data. (?)

here is how i calculate my receipe:
FOR example :EQ

i want to come up with 25ml @ 400mg/ml

i need 10 gram of powder
3% BA
15% BB
and the rest to 25 ml GSO.

so now, i want to calculate the powder in ml .
therefor i take the density of the powder:

10gr EQ = 11,8 ml , because of the poweder weight of 0,85

10 gr : 0.85 = 11,8 ml in the scala

i divide it with the powder weight

In the receipes in the stickys it is obviously
10 x 0,85 = 8,5 ml which would give a wrong calculation for the rest oil you have to fill up.

I hope you get it. Sorry for my bad english!

So my question ist; do i have to divide or multiply the 10 gr with 0,85?

Thanks for you quick awnsers,
But my question is still unawnswerd.
EQ was maybe a bad example, it is the same for every powder. And You right, eq is liquid.

10 gramns of EQ with a powder weight of .85 comes to 11,8 ml ( this is right , isnt it ???)
This makes sence to me becauae when you want to calculate the amount of weight in ML / CC you have to do it like that :
10 : 0.85 = 11,8 ml

in the rexeipes in the stickys and with the calculator you have the following
Calculation:
10 x 0.85 = 8,5 ml

Which would be a difference of 3,3 ml, which would be come to too much oil.

The EQ receioe in the stickys is so not 333 mg / ml but less , because its 3,3 ml ( when the amount is 10 gr powder ) too much oil in it .

Hope you understand me,
So plz : help ! :)

Lg!
