just wondering if anyone has a list of the different powder weights? so when i use the calculators i can change the weight... it's usually set at like .75 .. where would i be able to find this info?
If you consider phytoestrogens to be estrogen, then yes.
Soy has binding to the estrogen receptor. But I do not know if it is closer to being a SERM (an extremely weak estrogen) or estradiol (a very strong estrogen).
I have mixed feelings about soy. Some really smart people (who happen to be physicians) think soy is really bad for men. But, I haven't seen hard evidence of said.
I have a hard time with milk, and I do like soy milk ... and if it doesn't seem to cause a problem for me...then, why not?
