day 20 i believe. 5 pumps/10mg sd

chest day
flat barbell press
low incline db press
low incline db fly
few sets of standing barbell curls
one set of chest dips
dc chest stretch

a new level today. i kept having to do more sets because i handled the weight i was attempting with ease. i ended up at 315 on the flat barbell press which i haven't pressed for reps since before my operation. i started with 135 to warm up, then went to 225, then 275, then 295. this was already new territory from my last workouts. i was only doing 5 reps for each set but i figured i wouldn't get them at 295 because i have been weak as hell and just gaining my strength back. well the 295 went up for 5 and i could have done another few reps, so i racked it and put 315 on and got 4 (+1 with a spot). this is more sets than i wanted to do for the exercise but i like to hit failure. next time i know where to start ! same thing with db presses, i was stronger by quite a bit than i expected to be. i weighed in at 222, so im up another pound or so from friday.

i have a week or less left of my cycle here, and i could probably end up with 15+ pounds gained if i keep my calories up as i have been. i think this is a great stack. im not done yet obviously but i think 6 weeks of 1-t tren with 3 weeks at the end of 10mg sd could be a serious muscle builder.
 
looking thicker and leaner in your most recent pices. How many pumps a day r u running and Does this stuff make you feel hard, pumped and full of energy like when your on gear. Real curious thought of trying it out. And what about bloat do you feel like that on this stuff?
 
5 pumps a day man, just look at the post above yours. it does make me more pumped up, kind of ridiculously so, but i kinda do that naturally too. i swell up massively by 30 mins into my workout, being on this cycle i swell up so much i look like im 230 or 240. i get a lot of stares at the gym, but then again i workout at 22 hour fitless so there are few hardcores there, just all the pro-hormoned-out at 170lbs bicep-curling-and-cable-flying-their-life-away kids. i feel or see no bloat from this product.

so i did some squats today. i probably shouldnt be doing them yet but i feel pretty good and my surgery site hasnt been giving me much pain lately so i went ahead and did some after i pre exhausted with leg presses. i only went up to 185 but they didnt feel bad at all. i do slow controlled atg squats pausing at the bottom so i was definately putting pressure on the mesh in my abdomen but i only got a slight sensation from the area. i think in another month or two i can start getting into more weight and not worry about it too much anymore. i hope so anyways.

Would there be any benefit running the Sustain Alpha while taking 250mg's enanthate and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu a week or is it just beneficial for PCT?

Im not seeing sex drive increase like I like with this low of a dose of test im on, so I was thinking of trying the Sustain Alpha for 2 months if it would help?

If Sustain Alpha is going to help your sex drive you will usually notice it within a few days...

We recommend 5 days on, 2 days off at 6-10 pumps during the cycle if you want to support libido... and the same thing for post cycle therapy (pct) but usually 6 pumps is enough.
