a new level today. i kept having to do more sets because i handled the weight i was attempting with ease. i ended up at 315 on the flat barbell press which i haven't pressed for reps since before my operation. i started with 135 to warm up, then went to 225, then 275, then 295. this was already new territory from my last workouts. i was only doing 5 reps for each set but i figured i wouldn't get them at 295 because i have been weak as hell and just gaining my strength back. well the 295 went up for 5 and i could have done another few reps, so i racked it and put 315 on and got 4 (+1 with a spot). this is more sets than i wanted to do for the exercise but i like to hit failure. next time i know where to start ! same thing with db presses, i was stronger by quite a bit than i expected to be. i weighed in at 222, so im up another pound or so from friday.
i have a week or less left of my cycle here, and i could probably end up with 15+ pounds gained if i keep my calories up as i have been. i think this is a great stack. im not done yet obviously but i think 6 weeks of 1-t tren with 3 weeks at the end of 10mg sd could be a serious muscle builder.
