Pre constest post workout (to shake or not to shake)

I have been reviewing several of the top pros
's pre-contest diets. It has come to my attention that many of them don't consume a high-glycemic shake post workout, but instead just eat a solid meal.

My question is in your experience getting ready for a comp do you continue to consume your post workout shake and if so how may Gm CHO due you consume?

your gonna want to go low carbs..so the carbs you have can be right after the workout or right before the workout or in the morning Alos,it depends on the number of weeks out you are from the contest and your condition. Some times if you are behind you have to drop all carbs and stik with protein to get that last ounce of fat off
