Pre-contest Diueretic - Which one?

As the title suggests - what's your choice and why? I'm six weeks out and tossing up between a few. I've not used any before.

Lasix or zaditen...

Lasix is by far the most powerful. Take potassium with..prescription potassium if u can.

Oh and one more thing I might add..u have the risk of becoming to flat with the lasix..start at a low dose for sure

What's the low dose for you?

10-20mg. Oh and I almost forgot..u need calcium to. Without calcium your kidneys will fail and you'll die. That's why lasix is so dangerous

Lasix 80mg. Drink alot of water with it
